How do I request a catalog?
Catalogs are available upon request and sent FREE of charge. You may request a catalog online from our Request A Catalog page. Simply fill in your contact information, choose the catalog you would like to receive, and the catalog(s) will be sent to you immediately.
How do I place an order with Gopher?

How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
Purchase orders are accepted upon credit approval and payable on Net 30 Day Terms. Gopher also accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Optima and Discover credit cards for all purchases. We also serve Government Credit Cards (Smart Cards, Impact Cards).
Am I able to redeem gift certificates on this website?
We apologize, but we are unable to support the online redemption of gift certificates at this time. However, a Gopher Customer Service Representative would be more than happy to assist in your gift certificate redemption by phone. Please call (800) 533-0446 in the U.S. or (507) 451-7470 for international customers.
Is my credit card safe when I use it on the Gopher website?
All transactions are completed on a secure server. This secure server encrypts your personal information to make online credit card usage as reliable and safe as it is in a normal business environment.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If you are a customer that is sales tax exempt, please be sure to check with us to determine if we have a sales tax exemption certificate on file for you. If you do not, or you are not tax exempt, we are required by law to charge you sales tax.
What are my shipping charges?
Gopher has one simple calculation for you to figure out your shipping and handling charges. These charges will be 16% of your order total. Whether your goods are sent UPS, RPS, USPS or motor freight, the charge will always be 16%.
Once I place my order, how long before it will be delivered to me?
Warehouse items that are in stock will ship the same day you place the order, if the order is placed before 3 p.m. (Central Time). Normal shipping time is 1-4 working days within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations require additional transit time. To meet your immediate needs, Express, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping are also available, at an additional cost. If an item is backordered, how long before I can expect to receive it?
We do our best to keep every item in stock, and we succeed 99% of the time. If we do need to backorder merchandise, you will be informed of the backorder on your shipping confirmation. Gopher has a good track record of shipping most backorders within 2 weeks.
How do I return merchandise?
A Return Form will be included with your order. If you cannot locate this form, you will soon be able to download it online here. For now, we ask that you call us at 1-800-533-0446, and we will be glad to give you return instructions. Please fill this form out, include it with the merchandise being returned, label the box and send it back to Gopher:

Your return or exchange will be handled at once so as not to delay the receipt of the products you need.
There are no restocking or return fees with Gopher. You are asked to pay for return shipping if the item(s) were not damaged or defective when received.
