Our StrongHold™ Anchor Station features 360° of anchor points so up to 12 users can train at once... and almost anywhere! Add weight plates (not included) to the 10"H center poles for ultimate stability - no mounting hardware needed! A ⅝" thick full rubber base also prevents the station from moving and protects floors. Packs include the Warrior™ StrongHold™ Anchor Station and six 30'L or 50'L ropes of your choice. StrongHold™ Anchor Station is also sold separately. Minimal assembly.

Warrior™ 1" dia Apprentice™ Ropes
Thinner ropes are perfect for younger students and beginners! Polypropylene 1" dia ropes are thinner, softer, and lighter, so they're easier to handle for learning proper technique. Poly boot ends eliminate fraying.

Warrior™ 1-1/2" dia or 2" dia Ropes
Perfect for the total body workout that improves strength and conditioning! Use for tempo-based conditioning that involves all muscle groups. Simply anchor the bracket on your wall and slide the rope through! Ropes are polypropylene with poly boot ends. Choose 1-1/2" dia or 2" dia. A 1-1/2" dia provides are ergonomic grip and is ideal for older students and adults. A 2" dia is considered oversized, and offers a serious strength and endurance workout.

Warrior™ 1-1/2" dia (2" dia handles) Talon™ Ropes
Premium handles offer an incredible, eagle-like grip that will not slip! Knurled aluminum handles offer a better gripping surface than other ropes – so you can hang on for more reps even when your hands get sweaty! Polypropylene ropes for fray-resistant durability. 1-1/2" dia ropes; 2" dia handles.

Warrior™ 1-1/2" dia Elite Ropes
Sheathed in protective nylon, these are the toughest, longest-lasting conditioning ropes on the market! Our premium Warrior™ rope construction made tougher by protective nylon sheathing. Wave after wave, these ropes won't damage or fray. Use indoors or out, but prevent contact with moisture. 1-1/2" dia. Secured by poly boot ends.

Which conditioning rope is right for me?

Three factors to consider when choosing the best conditioning rope for you.


  • 1” – Better grip and lighter weight for beginners/youth training.
  • 1½” – Ergonomic grip/moderate weight for older users.
  • 2” – Oversized grip/heavy weight for serious training.


  • 30’L – Less length means less energy needed to make waves. Better for younger students and smaller training areas.
  • 50’L – More slack makes it a challenge to keep the rope moving. Perfect for higher fitness levels.

  • Polypropylene – Easy on hands with a smooth finish. Outlasts traditional manila.
