Portable anchor solution, great for group rope training!

Our Single Anchor Station features 360° of anchor points so up to 18 users can train at once... and almost anywhere! Add weight plates (not included) to the 10"H center poles for ultimate stability - no mounting hardware needed! A ⅝" thick full rubber base also prevents the station from moving and protects floors. Packs include the Single Anchor Station and 30'L or 50'L ropes available in 3 different thicknesses. Anchor Stations also sold separately measurements listed below). Minimal assembly. Warrior™ Apprentice 1" Thick Ropes
Thinner ropes are perfect for younger students and beginners Polypropylene 1" dia ropes are thinner, softer, and lighter than other ropes, so they're easier to handle and won't intimidate students or beginners. Ropes offer variety to traditional exercise routines and deliver an extensive arm, hand, and core workout. Ideal for learning and practicing technique. Features poly boot ends to eliminate fraying add provides extra grip for the user. Ropes come in a fun, vibrant blue to differentiate between standard black ropes.

Warrior™ 1½" and 2" Thick Ropes
Perfect for the total body workout that improves strength and conditioning! Use for tempo-based conditioning that involves all muscle groups. Simply anchor the bracket on your wall and slide the rope through! Ropes are polypropylene with poly booted ends. Includes D-ring wall mount and wall hanger for convenient rope storage.

Warrior™ 1½" Thick Elite Ropes
Sheathed in protective nylon, these are the toughest, longest-lasting conditioning ropes on the market! Wave after wave, these ropes won't damage or fray thanks to protective, durable nylon sheathing. Secured by poly boot ends. Black nylon.

Which conditioning rope is right for me?

Three factors to consider when choosing the best conditioning rope for you.


  • 1” – Better grip and lighter weight for beginners/youth training.
  • 1½” – Ergonomic hand size and added rope weight for larger students/adults.
  • 2” – Oversize grip for enhancing strength/endurance.


  • 30’L – Less length means less energy needed to make waves. Better for younger students and smaller training areas.
  • 50’L – More slack means a greater challenge to keep the rope moving. Perfect for higher fitness levels.

Rope Quality

  • Polypropylene – Easy on hands with smooth finish. Use indoors or out. Longer lasting than traditional manila.  
  • Nylon Sheathed – Durable cover prevents fraying and damage. Water resistant.
