Purchase Order Tool

Creating a Purchase Order online is easy! 

The special PO tool below helps you quickly build your purchase order if you have your catalog available for reference or know your catalog item numbers. You can then either:

  1. Add to cart and complete your purchase order online,
  2. Email your PO for approval, or
  3. Neatly print or fax your PO.

Instructions:

You can create your Purchase Order using the printed Gopher catalog and the electronic order form above. Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter the item number.
  2. Use the Tab key or mouse pointer to move to the Quantity field.
  3. Enter the desired quantity.
  4. Use the Tab key to select the Add button and press enter, or just click the Add button.
  5. Your item will be added to your order and allow you to enter the next item.

Once you have entered your desired items, you can use the Email or Print functions found above the entry form to advance this Purchase Order to the next phase in your ordering process.  If you decide to complete your order through this website, you can click the Add to Cart button to add your order to the shopping cart. From there you can Begin Checkout, provide your shipping information, and choose Purchase Order for your payment type. A PO entry field will appear and you can enter your PO number.

To remove a single item from your order, click on the trash can icon on the right side of your order.

If you wish to save your PO item list for a later time, click the Add to Cart button and then save your cart while on the cart page.  Your cart can then later be retrieved, added to, and emailed or printed for approval.
