Combines barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls all in one extremely durable, user-friendly package for all ages, fitness levels, and training goals. Soft, flexible bags are made of heavy-duty PVC and pre-filled with coarse, dry sand. Four heavy-duty handles allow for multiple grips and exercise variations. Available individually or in a pack featuring 8 XLR8® strength bags, heavy-duty steel rack, and easy-to-follow instructional poster. Rack and poster also sold separately.
