Description

Unique anchor allows more exercises than what's possible with standard resistance tubing.

Now you can simulate the unilateral arm movement previously only available on traditional (and large!) gym machines. Loop 9" nylon strap around a fixed object (pole, gym machine) and you're ready to perform chest presses, rows, chops, and more. Alternatively, a partner can hold the strap. Two lengths of 48"L dipped-latex tubing sheathed in ballistic nylon. Durable rotational PVC handles. Color-coded and labeled resistance levels for easy identification.
