Solid-rubber training plates reduce noise and floor damage.

Ideal for training proper technique. Both Technique Sets include 230 lb weight set (two each 10 lb, 25 lb, 35 lb, and 45 lb plates), 7'L Olympic-style needle-bearing 45 lb steel bar, and two 2" spring collars. Mobile Horizontal Plate Rack (300 lb capacity; fully assembled) and individual plates sold separately. Truck delivery on sets.
