Description

The strongest, most versatile sand bags withstand the most extreme workouts!

Heavy-duty, reinforced nylon bags are built to slam, chop, or toss with 10-layer, durable handles on three sides. Both the adjustable Thy Coach™ (10 – 50 lb) and Thy Beast™ (40 – 80 lb) have oversized zippers, double-Velcro® zipper covers, and air-tight bladders to maximize the shifting resistance of sand (not included). Training DVD included with both.
