Classic fitness bars add variety and intensity to upper-body and lower-body training.

One-piece solid-steel bars are great for aerobics, step fitness, and a wide spectrum of fitness programs. Features an easy-to-grip, foam-rubber cover. Colored band around end of bar designates weight. The 3-18 lb bars are 48"L, 30 lb is 60"L, and 36 lb are 72"L.
