Flexibility is built into the bottom as well as the top of the foam-supported board. Eight interchangeable coil springs are wound with a special alloy for long-lasting integrity. Meets all NFHS, NCAA, and FIG specifications. 47"L x 23-1/2"W x 8"H; 57 lb.
