The traditional bench padding has been replaced with an unstable surface that engages the core and other stabilization muscles for a more effective workout. Every set performed on this bench will force the user to slow down, puting emphasis on the eccentric part of the lift. The surface forms to your body providing total body support and reducing the risk of injury. Vicore's body link system links extremity muscles to core muscles, allowing you to work mutliple muscle groups at once! Commercial-steel frame provides 1,500 lb capacity.
