Convenient packs include 30 Instrux™ Stretching Mats (72"L x 24"W x 3/8" Thick) with printed instructions for 20 essential stretches. Stretching diagrams are neatly organized around the edge of the durable 3/8" thick mat for easy reference, so you can spend less time demonstrating and more time providing individual instruction to students. Closed-cell foam mats are easy to clean and provide support for stretching and bodyweight training. Includes UltraFit™ Steel Workout Mat Racks for air-drying storage after cleaning. Powder-coated cart has nonmarring casters (two lockable) for maximum durability. Cart requires minimal assembly and measures 30"L x 30"W x 75"H.
