Interactive, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) fitness system adds a kick to boxing, core, and cardio workouts!
Designed for all ages and abilities, Nexersys conditions the body through shorter high-intensity workouts, targets eye/hand coordination, and improves listening/cognitive skills through the step-by-step instructions. Included curriculum and software allow for customization and data tracking.
Choose from five exciting workout modes - Cardio, Core, Technique, Boxing, and Sparring & Follow Me in either beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels. Each displays video, instruction, and user performance on the touch screen and includes a 30-second introduction, 3-minute exercise, and 30-second recap and cool down. Sparring & Follow Me modes feature an onscreen avatar, and an additional Play mode and multiplayer rounds allow for instant activity in a large setting. Insert one of the included USBs to track user data, including calories burned, accuracy of moves, and power. Data is saved and used to configure future workouts. Made of durable powder-coated steel, the system features seven leather strike pads and quickly adjusts in height to accommodate all users. Includes a 22" LCD touch screen, ergonomic handle, and wheels for transport. Adjusts from 5'2"H to 6'8"H. Includes 50 pairs of boxing gloves and 100 USBs. 53"L x 52"W x 73"H, 241 lb. Truck delivery.
