The shock-absorbing 3/8" thick GeoMats™ have directional cues printed right on them, allowing everyone to follow along. Instructor and students simply step onto each number as it is called during the routine. Four different sets below include all the instructions and GeoMats™ you need to get started today. GeoMats™ come in two sizes: 45"L x 45"W GeoMats™ for all ages under 6' tall; 57"L x 57"W for those with large range of motion or over 6' tall. GeoMats™ and DVD/CD packs also sold separately.
