This low training balance beam is a great option for athletes of all levels, especially beginners, making it a great progression training tool. Use it as a medium beam or low ground beam, as well as a half-floor beam or half-medium beam by simply stacking mats on half of the beam. Powder-coated base will not chip and looks new for years.
