The lessons were created by Shauna Harrison, MA, MPH, who also holds a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University’s Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as a Bachelors from Stanford University and a dual Masters from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a specialist in fitness, nutrition, and Latin American studies. She is a published author in the areas of nutrition, physical activity, and obesity.
