The Ab Coaster™ CS1500 help you work your abdominal muscles by lifting the legs to the core. It reverses the standard way of training the abs. A typical crunch pattern works the abs from the top down, while the Ab Coaster keeps the top half of the abs in place and targets the lower section, working the abs from the bottom up. This motion requires you to lift the knees with the use of your core muscles, making it the only machine we offer that requires this type of lower-ab isolation first.
This solid piece of equipment features stainless steel rails and frame for long-lasting durability and professional appearance. A plate-loaded system allows users to add weight as their fitness level progresses, for a constant challenge. Ultra-glide nylon rollers provide a smooth movement with the seat of the machine, meaning you no longer have to worry about bumps or catches on the curved track. This provides a more consistent movement pattern.
Convenience and comfort are also a benefit of this machine. Casters on the front of the unit allow for easy transportation to your desired location. Adjustable hand grips can be moved up or down to accommodate users or all heights. A urethane molded padding provides comfort to users’ legs and forearms during use, and can be wiped down afterward to remain sanitary.
