Vary your grip and your training with the help of this multi-grip pull-up bar! Instantly target different muscle groups simply by switching to a different set of handles!
With six handles, there are three grips change up your training and challenge your body! Use the center handles for a traditional, pronated grip to work lats, biceps, chest, and back muscles. Simply flip your hands around to a supine grip to work out your biceps. The low handles are parallel and closer together to lessen the stress on the shoulders and target the biceps. Finally, focus on lats and traps with the wider handles.
A TPR coating on the 1” dia handles ensures better grip and greater comfort during use, even when hands get sweaty. Chrome ends on the handles have a professional appearance and enhance the bar’s durability. Two attachment points on each end allow for carabiner attachment of tubing or suspension training systems to add even more versatility to the bar! Simply mount the VariGrip to a wall for permanent use. The bar measures 52”W x 33”H and sits 35” off the wall. 46 lb.
Anchoring and mounting hardware is not included due to varying surfaces. Please see the following recommendations:
- When bolting to concrete, use a concrete anchor bolt at least 2-1/2”L x 1/2” dia.
- When bolting to wooden studs, use a lag screw at least 2-1/2"L x 1/2” dia.
- For any unit that requires installation to the wall or floors, we highly recommend using a licensed contractor for installation.
