Station boards and teacher cards make it simple to set up fitness circuits for PE.
Create up to four high-octane circuits for PE with instruction awaiting students at each station. Our durable 18" x 18" station boards and teacher cards provide easy-to-follow instruction for a variety of exercises tailored to a specific discipline of fitness. Each two-sided board features step-by-step instruction and popping images for 2 exercises, for a total of 16 exercises across 8 stations. Smaller teacher overview cards provide the same instruction and guide teachers through setting up the equipment.
Station boards and teacher cards are available in 4 fitness options:
Cardio Boxing. A safe and effective cardio boxing circuit.
Rep-N-Run. A team-based strength and cardio circuit.
X-Factor. A cardiovascular endurance and strength training circuit.
Zig-Zag. An intense and explosive agility circuit.
