Learning kettlebell workouts is made simple with quick-reference posters hanging on the wall of your workout area! These posters are easily referenced for different upper and lower body workouts, allowing students to get moving at their own pace, developing a healthy appreciation and confidence when using kettlebells. Posters can be seen from around the room and offer clear, concise instruction.
With upper and lower body kettlebell exercises clearly displayed, students don’t have to waste any time diving into exercises and warmups. Having posters clearly displayed allows students to get started working out at a pace that’s right for them, helping them to become more comfortable with kettlebells and exercises. The self-paced, self-started learning results in better form when using kettlebells and a healthy appreciation for exercising.
Posters come with exercises clearly illustrated and explained, with pictures and text working together to provide cohesive instruction. Students will be able to observe the proper before and after pictures of the exercise to gauge proper form and motion, while also reading the text for a theoretical explanation of what they’re supposed to be doing.
Across 3 posters students will be able to quickly learn and practice 18 essential kettlebell exercises, including swings, snatches, goblet squats, and more. Exercises are divided into upper- and lower-body segments to help students plan and focus their workouts accordingly.
Posters come laminated, making them easy to mount to the wall in your gym, classroom, or exercise area. Tape, tack, or hang them up on the wall for the entire class to quickly reference—pictures are visible at a distance thanks to the 24”L x 18”W size of the posters. They come rolled up instead of folded, to ensure there are no creases over the pictures or words that might obstruct students’ understanding of each exercise.
