Our toughest training sandbag features a unique, heavy-duty cover that allows this bag to be used for a variety of full-body workouts, for both strength training and cardiovascular health. Packs of light or heavy sandbags are available with convenient storage and instruction. Individual weights are also available to tailor your class’ workout experience and age.

Paired with the cover are nylon straps, which reinforce the lifting points and add strength and stability to these critical areas. Ergonomic grips on the handles offer a more controlled grip, which can prevent slipping and shifting that might otherwise result in abuse to the bag from grips or bumps with nearby objects.
