Durable station boards include full-color photos and step-by-step instruction for 12 exercises that help students increase their reaction time, quickness, and ability to rapidly change direction. Students can use the boards to guide themselves through each station in an agility circuit, allowing teachers to provide attention and extra instruction as needed. The 18"L x 18"W boards are made of 1" thick reinforced plastic that withstands consistent use.
Accompanying Teacher Overview Cards feature the same instruction as the station boards, plus additional details on setting up equipment, implementation, and instruction. The 6"L x 4"W cards are laminated and secured by a heavy-duty plastic grommet.
