This heavy-duty, compact sled features a thick, arched handle for a more comfortable grip while pushing, and comes with a padded nylon harness for pulling. A thick, arched handle offers a comfortable grip while pushing.
Design includes a handle on 1 side and an attachment point on the other so you can use it for both push and pull workouts. Advanced athletes can target numerous core muscle groups of the lower body with just 1 sled.
Designed at just the right height to require athletes to get low, the arched handle really taps into key explosive muscles of the lower body when pushing. To pull, attach the leash to the sled and padded harness, then slip on the harness and start pulling. You'll feel the burn! Leash includes a carabiner for fast attachment/detachment and quick and easy transition from push to pull workouts. Add more weight (up to 225 lb) as strength and experience increases. Designed for outdoor use only.
Train for Explosive Power
When pushing from a low position, athletes engage quadriceps, lower back, and calves, building strength that translates to explosive power.
Pull/drag the sled a number of ways to target all of the important and powerful muscles in the legs.
Pull the sled while facing forward and activate quads and glutes. Face backward and pull/drag slow, more like marching and you'll target quad and glutes. Pull/drag quicker, and it'll give your quads and calves a burn.
Target abductor and adductor muscles by pulling/dragging laterally.
