This quick roll-out allows you to focus on training rather than untangling conventional agility ladders while your class twiddles their thumbs. After class, users simply roll it back up onto the included reel and secure it with the attached hook-and-loop fastener strap. This ensures the ladder stays organized and damage-free when not in use.
