ACTIVE! FitBocce Set

The balls included in this kit aren't your traditional bocce balls. Instead, 4 lb medicine balls require players to recruit more muscle for tosses and promote fitness during games. They're coated in our durable PowerTac material for sturdy grip and better control over tosses. Additionally, they will hold up during indoor or outdoor use. Their soft texture is non-intimidating and 8.5" dia is suited to most users.

Heart-Pumping Game Options

To get started, divide the players into 2 teams. A player from team one throws the target ball and then the teams take turns throwing their colored (Red or Blue) medicine balls at it to rack up points. The first team to 16 points wins!

To adjust the game difficulty and introduce additional fitness elements, play FitBocce Sprint. When a player on one team throws the target ball, a player on the other team dashes after it. If they reach the ball before it stops rolling, it is returned, and no points are awarded. If not, play as usual. In FitBocce Bull's-Eye, players are assigned a specific physical activity—like jumping jacks, squats, or burpees—according to the distance of their medicine ball to the target ball.

Set includes 8 medicine balls (4 ea Red, Blue), 1 yellow target ball, activity instruction, and a durable wheeled duffle bag for easy transportation and compact storage.
