How it Works
To set up the playing area, place a rebounder on each end of the space. Each goal should be circled by a three-meter radius, defining a “forbidden zone.” The team that has possession of the ball has a three-pass limit before being forced to shoot the ball at the rebound surface at either end of the court. Members of the other team must place themselves according to where they expect the ball to land so they can catch it before it touches the floor. The members of the other team must position themselves to catch the rebound before it touches the floor as well. The offense earns points by bouncing the ball off the rebounder in a way the defense cannot catch it. A player gives the other team a point if they miss the rebounder when they shoot, they make the ball go out of bounds, the rebound hits the shooter, or the ball is sent into the forbidden zone before or after hitting the rebounding surface.
