Simple, Full Body Workout
Slacklining works out multiple muscles in the body, promoting concentration, core strength, balance, and body awareness. The slackline sets up in 10 minutes or less, and works both indoors and out by anchoring to sturdy objects, such as a full-grown tree (at least 12” dia) and then easily creating tension using the metal ratchet with rubber grip handle.

This great training slackline helps teach the basics of the activity. With the durable nylon webbing being 2” wide and an overhead teaching line for added assistance, moving across the slackline is much easier and safer for beginners to learn and for more advanced students to work on honing their technique.
- The slackline measures 50'L x 2”W x 1/4” thick and weighs 9 lb., which makes it extremely durable and able to withstand weights of up to 800 lb. This means multiple students can use it at once. Its durability means it can also be used for teambuilding exercises and activities.
