Instructions for 5 upper-and lower-body and core exercises are printed directly on the loop, so students can effectively use this on their own or with minimal direction. This allows teachers more time offering personalized instruction to students who need it rather than addressing the whole class at once. Each exercise includes start and stop images that pop and clear, concise directions. Natural latex rubber is soft on skin and will not stretch out over time.
