An incredibly soft and velvety stitched foam cover helps younger students develop confidence as they learn how to play tetherball. Oversized, 10” dia ball is 35% larger than a standard tetherball, providing players with a larger striking space. A soft, elastic loop connection rope is safer than a traditional metal carabineer. The ball easily detaches for storage.
This tetherball is easy to hit thanks to its larger 10” dia circumference, compared to a standard 8” dia ball. The larger size allows for a larger margin of error when swinging at it. The bright colors of this beginner tetherball also make it easy to see as it travels around the pole.
Soft and Safe Construction
Though it is larger than standard tetherballs, this ball is lighter weight (just 6.5 oz) and will not sting students' arms as they hit it back and forth. Stitched foam-rubber construction reduces the amount of sting when hitting the ball. A grippy texture on the ball cover also gives students more control.
This ball can be used indoors or out, but it's recommended to store it indoors between use. Ball includes an 8'L rope and a carbineer for easy attaching to your existing tetherball pole.
