The most versatile hurdle we carry is a favorite for both plyometric and hurdling exercise, because it can be adjusted to 12 different heights (from 6” to 42”). Use the lower heights for agility and plyometric drills, and use the higher levels for practicing hurdling. The heights available are 6”, 9”, 12”, 15”, 18”, 21”, 24”, 27”, 30”, 33”, 36”, 39”, and 42”. Simply fit the notch at the top of both steel tubes into the holes marked off on the plastic crossbar.

Because of the range of height adjustments, this hurdle can be used for all ages of students. Elementary students can use it at lower heights to be able to work on their hurdling technique. Upper level students can use the heights according to their own skill level. It is safe even for students who have never used hurdles before, as the crossbar comes off and the frame collapses upon contact.
The frame features a steel tubing that is durable, yet lightweight. The crossbar is plastic, and can be detached to allow the frame to fold up for quick and easy storage that takes much less space than traditional hurdles.
