Use these durable training hurdles to quickly set up for teaching countless drills, recovery mechanics, and force application. The shorter hurdles are ideal for lateral and change-of-direction speed, while the taller hurdles are great for linear running mechanics.

Versatile Hurdles

Use these training hurdles for a wide range of activities to can help students develop power, quickness, and coordination. With a single set of hurdles, students can perform various single movements for a specific attribute, such as agility, by changing directions, alternating footwork, or setting up a short obstacle course. In addition, training hurdles allow for switching your focus from agility, to speed, to plyometrics without switching equipment. The various heights allow you to adjust for the age of your students or the type of drill.

Outstanding Mobility

Each set of 6 hurdles comes with a heavy-duty nylon bag. Even without the bag, training hurdles are extremely mobile. Whether you have a single set or multiple, you can establish a course virtually anywhere. They are light and easy to carry, which makes it easy to train in places where you cannot necessarily take your larger, heavier equipment. This is made possible in part by the durable PVC material, which is extremely light without sacrificing its strength.

Height and Color Choices

There are 4 heights, the shorter of which are great for agility drills while the taller of which are perfect for linear running mechanics. The 3 color options available also give you extra customization choices. Yellow is the traditional color, but Screamin’ Orange® helps the hurdles to stand out on dark surfaces, and Rainbow make it possible to color-code your exercises and drills.
